  1. Download the Zoom Workplace installer.
  2. Double-click the downloaded file.
  3. Wait for the setup window to open.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Choose the installation folder.
  6. Select install option (all users or just you).
  7. Click Continue again.
  8. Click Install to start setup.
  9. Enter admin password if asked.
  10. Click Close when installation is finished.

You must be the host or have permission from the host to record a Zoom Workplace meeting.
Start or join the meeting.
Click the Record icon in the meeting controls.
If asked, select Record on this Computer.
A recording indicator will appear on the screen.
Continue your meeting while it is being recorded.
Click Stop Recording when finished (optional).
End the meeting.
The recording will be processed automatically.
The file will be saved to your computer folder.

Open the Zoom Workplace client on your device.
Join an existing meeting or start a new one.
Click the Share Screen button in the meeting controls.
Choose Basic, Advanced, or File based on what you want to share.
Your screen will now be visible to other participants in the meeting.
When finished, click Stop Share or simply leave the meeting to end screen sharing.
